Alfredo Yao, Chairman of Macay Holdings Inc., and Ricardo Abelardo Jr., President of Kitchen City, spearheaded the ground breaking for Kitchen City’s world-class commissary in Alabang, Muntinlupa City last July 29,2024. As one of the largest food concessionaires in the Philippines, Kitchen City has been serving diverse sectors for over 20 years and currently serving 120 thousand meals daily. This new facility marks a significant step in their expansion strategy, enabling them to enter the toll manufacturing and cloud kitchen markets, and further elevate their service offerings. The state-of-the-art commissary facility is designed to produce up to half a million meals daily. It features a comprehensive cold chain system, advanced wastewater management, and operates with renewable energy from solar panels. Additionally, the facility will serve as a key player in the bakery sector, providing a premier space for baking operations.
