CATERING SUPERVISOR

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management an advantage but not required OR graduate of any Business or Management course.
  • With catering, management, and sales experience.
  • With strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficient in English (Oral or written)
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work long hours/do field-work

Job Description

  • Keeping staff motivated to provide the highest standard of service
  • Organizing shifts
  • Managing stock control financial planning and managing budgets
  • Meeting with suppliers and customers
  • Find new customers for the company
  • Negotiate and discuss contract requirements with customers
  • Supervises staff training
  • Manages relationships with repeat customers
  • Helps plan the logistics for each event
  • Provide hands-on support during the actual event

RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Business Management,

  • Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or its equivalent.

  • With relevant work experience in the field of Marketing and Retail Operations preferably in the food industry.

  • Excellent communication skills and corporate ethics.

  • Knows how to drive and with a valid driver’s license.

Job Description

  • Ensure that operational standards are consistently performed and implemented in all retail stations.

  • Monitor and manage the daily operations of retail stores and work performance of all retail employees.

  • Secure communication between the company and its business partners.

  • Propose appropriate activities/programs to initiate/increase sales volume.

  • Manage and timely submit operational reports.

  • Manage sales, profit and operation al expenses for all handled retail stores.
