KITCHEN CITY, currently one of the biggest country’s leading canteen concessionaires, urgently need highly –professional Financial Supervisor for our account in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas and Bulacan.

Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring stock movements through the inventory worksheets including audit and reconciliation of closing balances.

Tasks Are:

  • Gathers and solicits data from stock clerk and concerned staff for posting in the
  • Inventory worksheet.
  • Generate inventory summary and reconciliation of closing balance
  • Records staff attendance for payroll summary processing every 15th and 30th of the month
  • Generates labor cost and its ratio to sales, documents them in the Sales and Labor Summary
  • Keeps data on purchases, issuances, DMR, transfers and endorses them to the Corporate Office
  • Records and reconciles petty cash transactions
